Silent Auction Rules – “45-47 Trump” by Patriotic Prints
Thank you for participating in the silent auction hosted by Patriotic Prints for the portrait “45-47 Trump.” By attending or placing a bid, you agree to comply with the following rules and regulations:
Participation & Agreement All participants must register and agree to these auction rules. By submitting a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Assumption of Risk All bidders participate at their own risk. Patriotic Prints Inc., along with its members, employees, auctioneers, organizers, sponsors, and volunteers, shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the auction or any items acquired.
Auction Item Availability Patriotic Prints reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction at any time without prior notice.
Limitations & Restrictions Some items may have specific limitations or restrictions, which will be clearly stated. By bidding on such items, you agree to accept all listed terms.
Item Value & Tax Disclaimer Listed values are estimates of fair market value (FMV) and are not appraisals unless specifically noted. Patriotic Prints is not a 501(c)(3) organization; therefore, any payment over the FMV is not tax-deductible. In the case the artwork is donated to the upcoming 45-47 Presidential library it would qualify as tax deductible as the organization would be formed as a 501(c)(3)
Bidding Process Valid bids must be submitted using your assigned paddle number, in accordance with bid increment guidelines, and confirmed by pressing the “Submit” button.
Bid Updating The bidding will be monitored and updated every 4 hours to reflect the highest bid and paddle number.
Closing Alerts Participants will receive a 24-hour and a 1-hour warning prior to auction close.
Bid Cutoff No bids will be accepted after the item is officially declared “closed.”
Winning Bid Criteria The highest qualifying bid (in compliance with these rules) at the time of auction close—or a pre-auction offer that is accepted—will be deemed the winning bid.
Auction Timeline The auction officially opens on May 1, 2025, and closes on May 31, 2025.
Winner Notification The winning bidder will be notified via smartphone and email, with instructions for payment.
Payment Process Full payment must be made to the: Peter Berkman, Esq. Trust Account, where funds will be held until the painting is delivered and inspected. Delivery of Item Delivery of the original painting “45-47 Trump” will be coordinated between the winning bidder and Patriotic Prints for prompt fulfillment.
No Refunds After Close Once the auction has ended, no refunds will be issued.
Final Sale All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions will be permitted. Items are not redeemable for cash. Once you receive the item, you are solely responsible for its safety and security.
